Privacy Policy

Qirshaq has not launched yet, and the full policy will be published here before it does. We would rather leave this page short than post terms we may still change.

What we can tell you today

Qirshaq is built so your budgeting data stays on your own devices. We never ask for your bank credentials, and there is no cloud account holding your transactions — an account exists only to confirm a purchase.

Qirshaq is operated by Firas Abi Moussa Fadoul, carrying on business as LOGICIELS QIRSHAQ. He is the Owner and Privacy Officer. If you have a question before the full policy is published, email hello@qirshaq.com and we will answer directly.

Privacy contact: support@qirshaq.com

If you join the pre-launch waitlist, we keep your email address and the minimum consent record needed to send the launch notice. After you unsubscribe or we send the final marketing message, we retain that evidence for three years. We then erase the address-bearing record and keep only a one-way suppression value to avoid adding you again accidentally.

On Android, the optional Google Code Scanner uses Google ML Kit. Google may receive device and app information, identifiers, and performance, error, and API-usage diagnostics. The QR content itself is processed on your device and is not sent to Qirshaq.

Desktop-to-mobile transfer is local authenticated sync between your devices. Its direct local-network mode is intended for a trusted private network; it does not upload your budgeting data to Qirshaq.
